The aim of this yoga is to provide gentle and personal assistance for beginners and intermediate students.
In ancient times ‘gurus’ use to facilitate one on one training with students – I try and assimilate this process ( not being a ‘guru’, but by having small classes ) focusing on holistic growth.
The power of yoga has been known for thousands of years to improve flexibility, muscle tone, balance, and endurance.
Yoga also works directly on the energy body increasing subtle / deeper awareness of self / soul. This is best done in a gentle, relaxed way – using meditation techniques and wisdom teachings from various sources.
